In this talk, Joe explores how to share astrology without being consumed by algorithms, and how to protect your craft while building sustainable, genuine engagement online.

Many astrologers are passionate creators, but few are trained producers. This talk examines the gap between astrological inspiration and audience expectations, offering tools to meet those needs with greater intention. We’ll explore how electional astrology, combined with your natal chart’s timing, can support a strategic process that reflects your strengths and limitations as both an astrologer and a businessperson. Additionally, we’ll carefully consider how emerging tools like AI might assist without diluting the integrity of your work. We’ll address the ethical stakes of automation, along with the challenges of audience engagement, in a practical, grounded, and neutral conversation about building sustainable content practices—without succumbing to the hyper-capitalist push for mass production.

Joe G (he/him) is a certified Hellenistic and Electional astrologer with a background in art, music, and project management. As ISAR’s 2025 Director of Marketing, Joe combines creative and strategic expertise to support astrologers in the digital age.
