Venus (goddess of love) maintains balance in all of creation. This is often unrecognized and unacknowledged, consequently, we fail to see her in our personal lives. Venus reins supreme in all collective interactions as she is the final deciding factor in war and peace. She navigates every dimension of every relationship; consequently, without her there would be no progress; we couldn’t develop individual or collective consciousness. Her improvements make life worth living.
She rules color; her own color is green (the balance point in the visual spectrum). Venus balances because symmetry symbolizes the perfection she longs for. Venus’s orbit around the Sun is almost perfectly circular.
She is charming; all she touches is beautified; she is tactile; through touch she gives and receives pleasure.
So what does Venus mean in our everyday lives? Without her we would not know that there is more to life than rudimentary consciousness. Venus reveals a profound, accurate, and truer picture of life. She motivates us to improve, to be better people, to experience the intrinsic joy of life’s ultimate purpose. Knowing this, how do we augment her positive influence? Venus’s rulership of relationships reveals the secret of how to create more fulfilling interactions. Venus illuminates and evaluates, but to what end? What is her role in our spiritual destiny? How do we make Venus’s ideal vision of love, beauty, and truth be practical at every step of our journey?
