My Legacy: My Intellectual Property is owned by me and….

• I, the undersigned, own the copyright on the materials that I am contributing to the Alexandria iBase Library Project (AIP), a 501C3 Non-Profit Educational LLC, for educational research purposes. These materials will not be sold but made available for education only.
• Upon my death and as part of my estate, I grant The Alexandria iBase Project the right to reference these materials for research and educational purposes. I grant AIP the right to use and/or publish the materials as originally produced unless a written agreement detailing changes is obtained.
• I warrant that I am the author/owner/publisher of the materials and have obtained all necessary legal rights and permissions. The Alexandria iBase Project will not be held accountable if this information is inaccurate. The permission granted is limited to using the materials as originally produced unless a written agreement is obtained to alter the materials.
• I warrant that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read and understood the authorization, release, and agreement, and agree to its terms knowingly and voluntarily.

This consent and release shall be binding upon my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns and released to Alexandria iBase Project upon my death. I may also submit these materials prior to my death with the agreement that they be kept in a FUTURE FILE at the site.
